The speciality of one is to retweet others' retweets of Top X whatever weblinks in such a way that it is utterly impossible to work out who originally tweeted the link in the event anybody should be interested enough to follow the source of the link. This is what Twitter's native retweet is so great for, but the serial retweeter stands no chance of getting associated with that retweet and thus increasing their follower count.
The other one has a timeline consisting largely of extremely short replies, thanks for retweets and thanks for follow Fridays. On a good day you might get an old joke rehashed.
What they both have in common is an extremely high follower count that is always almost exactly the same as the number of people they follow. I use Twitter to get the latest information on subjects that interest me, pearls of wisdom from some entertaining people and the occasional opportunity to vent my spleen. What they get from this deliberate build-up and cultivation of followers is totally beyond me but if it rocks their boats then good luck to them!
Using xtraNormal for the first time ever and failing to utilise any skills in character movement or camera angle changes here is my tribute to them :
